World Accreditation Services Is All Over The World.
WAS (World Accreditation Services LLC.) is a totally independent accreditation body that is founded in London, UK. After WAS was moved to the New Jersey, USA, to be a member of IAF because of Regulation (EC) No 765/2008 (the "EU Accreditation Regulation"). WAS accredits Examination according to ISO/IEC 17020, Management Systems according to ISO/IEC 17021, Personnel according to ISO/IEC 17024, Test and Calibration Laboratories according to ISO/IEC 17025 and the institutions of Conformity Assessment of Products according to ISO/IEC 17065 standard.
WAS educates and gives audit as an independent service with the frame of numbered 765/08 EU Directive fort he accreditation activities. It does not make any certification activity especially to the last user apart from certification authorities.
It specifies the conditions of the applicants of accreditation activity certification institutions that will make these conditions provide reliable, consistent, transparent and traceable. Therefore, it is an absolute condition for us that accreditation services should be reliable, consistent, tranparent and traceable.
WAS is made up to be an alternative in the world of quality certification. It is the biggest alternative of accreditation activities that are made up in the same monopoly quality. WAS has proven a fact that is known wrong around the world. Accreditation activities should not be under the management of governments that are under the control of politics.
